Please note that bikes are not available for delivery and must be collected in-store from Giant South Yarra. This ensures your bike is assembled correctly and safety-checked by our expert mechanics before handover.

We offer standard shipping within Australia for all products(excluding bikes), including parts, accessories, and apparel.
- Shipping Cost: Flat rate of $10 for orders under $100.
- Free Shipping: On orders over $100.
- Delivery Time: Estimated 3–7 business days depending on your location. Regional areas may experience longer delivery times.
We currently do not ship internationally.
Returns Policy
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase (excluding clearance items), you can return it within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Light and durable
ALUXX aluminium frame features updated shaping and a lighter overall weight for improved performance on off-road terrain.
Off-road control
Geometry is optimised for either 29-inch wheels or 27.5-inch depending on frame size, and a suspension fork of either 100mm or 80mm. The result is in confident off-road performance for riders of all sizes.
Modern MTB design
Wide tyre clearance (up to 2.4-inch), internal cable routing, thru-axle hubs, integrated chainstay protection and quality components (including a 1x drivetrain option) gives aspiring trail riders room to grow.
